Friday, October 27, provisional results continue to stream in:
President Uhuru Kenyatta has taken a commanding lead hours after a section Kenyans took to the polls to vote in the repeat presidential election.

So far 27,124 Form 34A's out of the 40,883 have been received by the electoral body.
According to IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati, 35,564 polling stations opened, 87% of total number of polling stations in the country.

Initially, Chebukati stated the voter turn throughout the country stood at 48% by close of voting stood at 5:00pm.
However, the figure appears to have dropped to an estimated 35%, with only around 6.5 million voters participating in the repeat poll.
So far, voting in Siaya, Kisumu, Migori and Homa Bay was postponed including other regions that are still being compiled.
